Requests from Regulatory or Law Enforcement Bodies
Currenxie maintains open and cooperative engagement with regulatory authorities and law enforcement agencies. To help us handle such requests efficiently, please include:

We will acknowledge receipt within three working days and aim to resolve responses promptly. For complex matters, we will provide status updates within 15 business days.
Personal Data Access and Correction Requests (PDAR / PCR)
Your Rights under the PDPO
In accordance with the PDPO, you have the right to:
Request access to personal data held by Currenxie (“Personal Data Access Request” or PDAR)
Request correction of any inaccuracy in such personal data (“Personal Data Correction Request” or PCR)
You may also enquire about the kind of personal data held and how it is used for your account or services.
When We Process Your Personal Data
We process personal data in accordance with the PDPO’s six Data Protection Principles (DPPs), specifically when:
It is necessary for providing or managing your accounts and services.
It fulfils statutory or regulatory obligations, including anti–money laundering and sanctions requirements.
You have expressly consented to specific uses.
It is justified by legitimate operational needs, balanced against your privacy rights.

How to Make a Personal Data Request
To help us process your request efficiently, please provide:
A clear statement that your request is a “Personal Data Access Request” (PDAR) or “Personal Data Correction Request” (PCR).
Your full name (and any previous names, if applicable) and registered entity, if relevant.

What to Expect
Upon receiving your request, we will:
Acknowledge receipt and verify your identity.
Respond within 40 days as required under Section 19 of the PDPO.
Inform you should we require more time or clarification for complex requests.
If the request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, a reasonable fee may be charged in accordance with the PDPO.
